So, I outlined a very nice plan for making fast cash for writing articles yesterday. It’s a pretty good plan - one that was designed to help me make an additional $500 or so in income for my vacation.

The problem? I wrote one article today and it took thirty minutes, and it was completely uninspired. All I could think about were the websites I want to build and the blog posts I want to make… in other words, my head is a-swirl with my new business ventures.

I’ve come to the conclusion while sitting on the couch watching the Red Sox that I should just follow what my heart is telling me. Post at this blog. Send out a newsletter. Build my list. And then, when I want to write an essay or a poem or article just do it when the urge strikes.

There may come a time when I will need that quick cash. But it is much better in the long run to devote the time I’ve saved by not writing those articles on building my new business.
